How does VAX-D work to help back pain? High intradiscal pressures cause discs to bulge out and press painfully on nerve roots. They also make for a compressed, anaerobic environment unsuitable for healing. Decompression produces and sustains negative pressures within the disc, creating a vacuum effect that draws in nutrients and fluids to promote the repair of injured discs and surrounding tissue. This vacuum has also been shown to aid in the retraction of escaped cushioning gel from herniated discs. | | Office Locations & Driving Directions 27511 Holiday Lane Suite 105 Perrysburg OH 43551 Phone: 419-873-3488 Fax: 419-873-4777 Get Driving Directions 3130 Central Park West Suite C Toledo OH 43617 Phone: 419-720-1290 Fax: 419-720-1291 Get Driving Directions |
