BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - Freddie Barnes and Tyler Sheehan were remembered for the football accomplishments at the half of the BG basketball game.
It was also a time to look at the future.
Both are currently preparing for possible NFL careers. Barnes' case is particularly perplexing because he just came off setting the NCAA record for catches in a year with 155, got invited to the East-West Shrine Game, but was not invited to the NFL Combine.
Barnes is back home in Chicago working on his speed, which is the biggest knock on his game, having clocked a 4.65 40 time in the past. He is trying to chop down that total for Bowling Green's pro day on March 16th.
