Brett Kern visits Stone Oak

TOLEDO, Ohio - Toledo-ex Brett Kern was a finalist for college football's punter of the year. He's continued to evolve his game upon entry into the NFL.

Kern joined fellow Rocket football alumni at the Rocket football golf outing at Stone Oak Country Club on Friday afternoon.

Reports out of Nashville say that Kern's developed a new knuckleball kick in the offseason. Kern told Hardcore Sports that he learned the nuances of the new skill from outgoing punter and former NFL Pro Bowler Craig Hentrich.
