TOLEDO, Ohio - The streak continues to mount. Toledo's gone down 13 straight times after a 65-58 overtime loss on Thursday to Ohio University.

However, given the fact that the team had lost its four previous games by a combined 67 points, the Rockets seemed very upbeat that the game went to an extra period before the result became official.

Toledo was down 25-18 at the half, but they gradually clawed back in the second half. Jake Barnett's long two-point field goal from the corner gave Toledo its first lead of the second half at 44-42 with approximately 6 1/2 minutes left in regulation.

Kenneth Van Kempen put OU back up five points with just over two minutes left, but Toledo fought back again. Justin Anyijong (20 points) hit a triple to pull Toledo within two points in the final minute. In the final seconds, after a timeout, Barnett missed a three from the corner, only to have Malcolm Griffin get the rebound, dish it back out to Barnett again and this time, the freshman was true from the outside to force overtime tied at 55.

That's when the Rockets ran out of offensive gas. The team only mustered one field goal (a Barnett three-pointer) in overtime and it didn't help when Jordan Dressler fouled out midway through the period and the Rockets were forced into employing a smaller lineup against Ohio's big men.

Either way, Toledo lost its 13th straight game. Their record falls to 3-19 overall, 0-8 in the MAC.
