Jackson helped guide Craft, Henderson

TOLEDO, Ohio - Before they had great high school careers that led to Division I scholarship offers, Aaron Craft and Anthony Henderson were teammates on Jimmy Jackson's 7th grade Team Toledo.

Jackson starting running travelling teams in 1992 after he had starred at Ohio State and became the 4th overall pick in that year's draft by the Dallas Mavericks. The former Macomber star still runs Team Toledo. More information can be found at http://www.teamtoledo.org

Craft and Henderson were involved with Team Toledo when they were in the 7th grade. Team Toledo was Craft's first-ever AAU team. He eventually starred at Liberty-Benton High School before becoming a member of a star-studded recruiting class for Ohio State. Craft has enrolled early for classes and is currently in Columbus working out with his new teammates.

Henderson was the highest-scoring player in the area for Start High School. He's staying in Northwest Ohio to play his college ball at Bowling Green State University.

Also on that same Team Toledo with Craft and Henderson were Jay Springs (St. John's Jesuit) and E.J. Tucker (Rogers). Tucker became a star quarterback who'll be taking his football skills to the University of Toledo.

Jackson's AAU teams have also featured the likes of former St. John's Jesuit star and Dayton-ex Brian Roberts along with another former Titan, Zach Hillesland, who became a starting forward for Notre Dame.
