WEST TOLEDO - They call it fall for a reason.

It's that time of year: hundreds of leaves are falling out of trees all over Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan.

For most, raking leaves, is not fun, but for Tom Fitzgerald, it's his job.

His business is going so great he hired a new employee - FOX Toledo's Joe Rychnovsky for this edition of Joe's FOX Challenge.
