NORTH TOLEDO - Cutting hair may look easy to some but it can be quite difficult.
Everyone's hair is different, and if the stylist messes up, you don't get another chance.
FOX Toledo reporter and wannabe barber Joe Rychnovsky thought it would be a cut above to not only get his hair cut, but also split a few hairs too in this edition of Joe's FOX Challenge.
