WUPW - On Oct. 28, 2008, a City of Toledo photo enforcement program camera clocked Michael Miller, Editor in Chief at the Toledo Free Press, driving 62 mph on the Anthony Wayne Trail. Miller has some beef about the red light camera debate in this edition of FOX Toledo's Rant and Rave.
