Nightmare for Toledo finances

WUPW - Recently Toledo City Council approved a new contract between the Finkbeiner administration and the Toledo Police Patrolman's Association.
While the vote makes labor peace for the officers, some, like mayoral candidate Keith Wilkowski, believe the contract could become a nightmare for the city's finances.
Wilkowski explains his viewpoint in this edition of FOX Toledo's Rant and Rave.
