WUPW - Recently, the Freedom From Religion Foundation, a group from Wisconsin, urged Toledo City Council to stop reciting prayers before their meetings. Councilman Tom Waniewski, though, said he won't allow won't before meeting prayers while he is on council in this edition of FOX Toledo's Rant and Rave.
