Need answers, not fear and blame

WUPW - An historic Mount Vernon Avenue home in the Old West End burned to the ground earlier this month.

The Harrisons blamed faulty water mains for their loss and an investigation was ordered by Mayor Carty Finkbeiner.

Toledo mayoral candidate Mike Bell, the city's former fire chief and state's fire marshal, says residents don't need fear and blame, they need answers in this edition of FOX Toledo's Rant and Rave.
