WATERVILLE - A Toledo area charitable organization is reaching out to Fargo, North Dakota flood victims.
ISOH/IMPACT, located in Waterville, has been collecting donations to bring to those who have had to leave their homes to escape the flooding. Linda Green, president of ISOH/IMPACT, says she would like to send a truck full of supplies to Fargo next week, but donations have been down.
A Fargo resident who calls Toledo his hometown, says it's encouraging to hear ISOH/IMPACT will be sending donations. Brent Jabbour lives abour four miles from the major flooding. He says while it's been better this weekend, since the Red River waters have retreated, it's been a challenging situation for Fargo residents.
