SOUTH TOLEDO - Just about 100 smoke detectors were handed out Friday at Fire Station No. 9 in Toledo's south end, part of FOX Toledo's on-going Smoke Detectors Save Lives campaign.

Over 1,000 FREE smoke detectors have been given away over the past six weeks since the campaign started to numerous Northwest Ohio residents in need.
