TOLEDO - As the battle rages on between a Toledo police union and the city, a lot of rumors are floating around as at least four more officers retire. There's even word that there could be a strike.

Dan Wagner, Toledo Police Patrolmans Association president, said it's not the right move for them, and it's illegal, but he can't control every officer.

FOX Toledo's Barrett Andrews reports.
