Sauder Village opens for the 2009 season

ARCHBOLD - Sauder Village in Archbold, Ohio opened for its 34th season on Tuesday. The historic destination place opened with their 33rd annual quilt show, displaying more than 400 quilts.

Kim Krieger of Sauder Village says the 40 historic homes, community buildings and other ammenities are fun for all ages and its also very educational.

And she says visiting Sauder Village is a very cost effective getaway. Adults pay $12.50 for admission. Those 16 and under pay just over half that. Children under five are free. To save even more money, you can come on a Sunday where all kids are free.
