Food stamp use at
all-time high

The number of people on food stamps in Lucas County has hit an all-time high. Since 2004, the county's anti-hunger program has seen a serious increase in caseloads. The Lucas County Job and Family services isn't surprised by the number of people on food stamps and employees don't think the number will shrink anytime soon.
