WUPW - It took lots of manpower from several local, state and international law enforcement agencies to rescue more than 130 fisherman from the icy waters of Lake Erie on Saturday. But some say they shouldn't have been out there in the first place.

Republican Lucas County Chair John Stainbrook and Lucas County Commissioner Ben Konop debate whether those fisherman should have to pay for some of the rescue operations in this edition of FOX Toledo's Talk Back with Andrew Z.
