TOLEDO, Ohio - Sun America, the company that operates the charter service Air Azul is making big changes.

The biggest of these changes is the company's name itself. The name Air Azul is being discontinued and will be replaced with a new name May 4.

Sun America is also changing times regarding flights leaving Toledo Express Airport and going to Newark Liberty. Previously, these flights were scheduled to begin June 1.

As of now, the flights will take of a month later than originally planned, starting July 1.

Those who had previously booked tickets with credit cards have not been charged, if the tickets were purchased through Air Azul or its Web site. But previously booked Air Azul reservations will need to be re-booked beginning May 4.

The airline also plans to announce fares beginning at $9.

Sun America is contacting those of its customers who will be affected by the alteration.

The airline can be reached at (727)451-3971 for details.
