The candidates answered a variety of questioned culled from comments and questions from tweets on Twitter, Facebook, and FOX Toledo and Free Press e-mail.

The debate was sponsored by international architecture and engineering firm SSOE, Inc., the University of Toledo, and hosted by The Toledo Free Press and FOX Toledo News.

Approximately three minutes of the debate is missing due to a technical issue. Over 55 minutes of the debate was aired.

Bell, an Independent, and Wilkowski, a Democrat, will replace current Glass City Mayor Carleton Finkbeiner, who announced this past summer he would not run for another term.

Toledo voters will decide who will be Toledo's next mayor on Tuesday, Nov. 3.
