Stainbrook to clean up corruption

DOWNTOWN TOLEDO - Jon Stainbrook, the president of the Lucas County Republican Party, said Friday he wants to clean up corruption in the county.

Stainbrook said the Lucas County Democratic Party runs nearly everything in the county. He's received many calls lately about corruption in local government.

Stainbrook is making a promise to voters, when county offices or positions are up for re-election, he'll have a high quality Republican candidate to run for each position.

"Whether it's the ridiculous puppy killing dog warden, or the continued withholding of public records from the public, they're all brought to you by the Democratic party," he said.
