CLEVELAND, Ohio - The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Arcadio Flores Santiago Jr..
Santiago is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office on charges of attempted murder.
The Marshals have issued a statewide alert in the capture of Santiango
It is alleged that Santiago on Aug. 29, and his victim were walking towards a parking lot on Cleveland’s west side having a conversation. The exchange turned into an argument, the task force said, and Santiago became irritated and angry.
Santiago then stabbed the victim numerous times in the abdomen. The extent of the wounds were so severe that the victim’s organs were readily visible. Santiago then fled the area in a vehicle that was unidentified.
Santiago is a 22-year-old black male about 6-foot-1 in height, and weighing 220 pounds. He has black hair and has brown eyes.
The fugitive has numerous family members and contacts to assist him and is believed to be hiding on Cleveland’s west side. Santiago has had a previous address on the 9800 block of Memphis Avenue in Cleveland.
He is also known to frequent Pearl Road and Denison Avenue in Cleveland.
