TOLEDO, Ohio (WUPW) - The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested a man in Toledo who is wanted for murder in Michigan.
Chanchez Stewart was arrested Thursday evening on West Park Street in the city's north end.
The Marshals said Detroit police were looking for Stewart, who allegedly shot two people in the face in August 2009. Stewart allegedly killed one of the victims.
Stewart was taken to the Lucas County Jail for booking. He is now awaiting extradition to Wayne County.
