BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - Barbara Muir, a former accountant for Belmont Country Club in Perrysburg township will spend 60 days in jail for her theft conviction regarding funds siphoned from her former employer.
Wood County Common Pleas Court Judge Reeve Kelsey handed down the sentence Monday afternoon.
Muir, 65, of Maumee, pleaded guilty to the charge on Nov. 30.
As charged, Muir was accused of spending more than $51,000 on a credit card for personal expenses beyond the authorized intent of the country club.
