Officials partake in ribbon-cutting ceremony

DOWNTOWN TOLEDO - The wait is finally over as the new Lucas County Arena opened to the public for the very first time.
People piled into the arena Saturday afternoon to get a sneak peak at what the facility has to offer. The arena costs more than $100 million and can seat 8,000.
Some people believe the new arena is what Toledo needs to turn things around.
