Polling location changes in Wood County

Affected voters have been mailed notices

WOOD COUNTY, Ohio - Several polling locations have been changed throughout Wood County. All voters affected by the changes have been mailed notices.

The changes are as follows:

  • Precinct BG 3-D formerly voted at the Bowling Green Junior High, now votes at the Wood County District Public Library, 251 N. Main St.
  • Precincts BG 4-A and 4-H formerly voted at the BG Parks and Recreation Simpson Building, now votes at BG Church of the Nazarene, 15341 Gorrill Road.
  • Precinct Lake Township, Union, formerly voted at St. Jerome's School, now votes at Lake Township Administration Building, 27975 Cummings Road.
  • Precinct Walbridge A formerly voted at St. Jerome's School, now votes at Lake Township Fire Station 1, 4505 Walbridge Road.
  • Precinct Plain Township formerly voted in Plain Congregational Church, now votes in BG Church of the Nazarene, 15341 Gorrill Road.
  • Precinct Northwood D formerly voted at Lark School, now votes at Northwood Unity United Methodist Church, 1910 E. Broadway.
  • Precincts Weston Township, Willow, and Weston Village formerly voted at the Weston Library, now votes at Weston American Legion, 13180 Main St.

Voting hours are 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on election day.

Voters with questions regarding their precincts or voting locations should go to the Wood County Board of Elections Web site at www.co.wood.oh.us/boe or call the board of elections at (419) 354-9120.

Additionally, the Board of Elections has informed voters of Perrysburg Township Fort Meigs precinct, which votes at Perrysburg Township Fire Station 2, that due to road construction the fire station only will be accessible from Roachton Road. No vehicle access is available from Eckel Junction Road.
