EAST TOLEDO - A Sunday morning shooting leaves one man dead, a man behind bars and neighbors in fear for their lives.
Cops aren't releasing a motive for the shooting but Brian Dominique heard it was over something petty.
"People are saying it started over somebody taking a cell phone from somebody," said Dominique.
That's enough for Brian to take action, between this shooting, police raids and drug deals at the apartment complex, he's packing up his family and moving out before someone close to him, becomes a victim.
"What if the guy was over here and the shots went this way and you never now it ain't worth it," he said
