OC unveils new flex seal

TOELDO, Ohio - Owens Corning has come up with a new energy home insulation and air sealing system. It's called New Energy Complete: Flexible Seal Technology.
The new technology can reduce heating and cooling bills by about one-third. There was a sneak peak of the new technology Friday at a Habitat for Humanity house.
Owens Corning officials said it can make your house more comfortable and healthy.
