Fourth of July Promenade

DOWNTOWN TOLEDO - Thousands are expected to pack Downtown Toledo Saturday night for this year's Fourth of July celebration - from the banks of the Maumee River to the Mud Hens game.
But were found already celebrating the holiday downtown at the two-day Red, White Kaboom festivities at Promenade Park.
