BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - Sean Holt, the 36-year-old father from Bowling Green who was at the center of a statewide Amber Alert late Wednesday, was arraigned Thursday in Bowling Green Municipal Court on a charge of domestic violence.

Holt's bond was set at $20,000. He entered a not guilty plea.

The statewide AMBER ALERT issued late Wednesday evening was for 1-year-old Bailey Case Holt of Bowling Green.  Bowling Green Police Department announced the cancellation early Thursday morning.

According to a BGPD dispatcher, Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers spotted Holt's silver 2005 KIA Sedona van in a Speedway gas station across from the Levis Commons shopping center on State Rt. 25 in Perrysburg.

He was arrested without incident at around 11:30 p.m. and transferred to the Wood County Justice Center.

Police said Bailey, who was unharmed, was returned to the custody of her mother.

Bailey was abducted by her father at around 6 p.m. from her mother at her mother's home on South Street in Bowling Green.

Holt, who had an active warrant for domestic violence, allegedly told a Bowling Green police dispatcher that, "if I can't have her, nobody can."

Holt is expected back in court Friday.
