NW Ohio - The following is a list of some of the service agencies in the Greater Toledo area where you can go to get help if you are struggling this season. You can also donate to these organizations to help the less fortunate.

AMERICAN RED CROSS - The American Red Cross, a humanitarian organization led by volunteers and guided by its Congressional Charter and the Fundamental Principles of the International Red Cross Movement, will provide relief to victims of disasters and help people prevent, prepare for, and respond to emergencies.
CATHOLIC CHARITIES - Each year we identify clients of Catholic Charities who are in need of food, clothing and gifts for their children at Christmas. Families involved in this program are either in a homeless shelter or are being released from public assistance.
CEDAR CREEK - The Community Care Ministries of CedarCreek.tv, exists to demonstrate God's love for people in their time of need, by offering hope, assistance, and encouragement.
GOODSHOP.COM - Up to 30% of every purchase will go to your favorite cause!
GOOD WILL - Goodwill Industries of Northwest Ohio is a nonprofit organization providing assessment, job training, and placement that assists people with disabilities and other work-related disadvantages to become independent.
LUTHERAN SOCIAL SERVICES OF NORTHWESTERN OHIO - Emergency Pantry & Food Programs are available in many LSS branch offices and family resource centers. We offer a three-day supply of emergency food, which is available with a written referral to individuals or families in need once per month. Donations of non-perishable items are welcomed.
SALVATION ARMY - Whether it's embracing the
homeless, uplifting the abused or abandoned, training and mentoring
the disadvantaged, providing character building programs for youth,
or assisting the displaced or elderly, The Salvation Army's goal
remains the same: serving the most people, meeting the most needs,
doing the most good.
TOLEDO FOOD BANK - Our mission is to enable other community organizations to end hunger. We strive to maximize community resources by effectively obtaining and distributing food through a food collection and distribution system.
TOYS FOR TOTS - The mission of the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program is to collect new, unwrapped toys during October, November and December each year, and distribute those toys as Christmas gifts to needy children in the community in which the campaign is conducted.
UNITED WAY - United Way assists citizen leaders to develop an agenda to strengthen community life in areas the community most cares about and needs. United Way facilitates and supports a wide range of community-based efforts to make a measurable impact in those areas.
