PERRYSBURG, Ohio - Officials from Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan tried to erase the boundaries dividing them Tuesday evening. After spending the day discussing "building our own bootstraps," the leaders listened to a rally for regional teamwork.
New Toledo Mayor Mike Bell began by promising a change in philosophy from his city government.
