Dad charged in death of baby son

BRYAN, Ohio (WUPW) - Kevin W. Oehler, 20, has been charged with child endangering in the death of his four month-old son, Aiden Oehler-McGinley.

Aiden passed away at the Toledo Children's Hospital from injuries received on July 26, 2010.

According to Bryan police, an autotopsy revealed the infant suffered abusive head trama, but did make a final ruling to the cause of death in the case.

Oehler is being held at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio for the second degree felony.
