Skeletal remains found in Lenawee Co

HUDSON TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WUPW) - Skeletal remains were found in Hudson Township, Mich., late Wednesday morning the Lenawee County Sheriff Department said.
The remains were discovered on US 127 near Nelson Road shortly after 11:30 a.m. The location of the remains are south of the city of Hudson.
The sheriff's department said they are conducting an investigation. They're is not speculating on what type of remains they may be (human or animal) or how long the skeletal remains have been there.
