TOLEDO, Ohio (WUPW) - Nearly 100 Toledoans got the chance to ask questions and share concerns about the Glass City's budget crisis.

With a little under two weeks left for the city to work out a balanced budget and to erase a $48.2 million shortfall, the pressure's rising.

Though Thursday's forum at Bosher High School in the city's south end wasn't the first public budget meeting, the Bell administration's still trying to get across that they need suggestions, but they keep getting resistance.

There are two more budget forum meetings for Toledo residents to attend before city council to present a balanced budget on March 31 -- Thursday, March 25, at the Old West End Academy cafeteria, Collingwood at Central; and Monday, March 29 at Whitmer High School's cafeteria. Both forums run from 6-8 p.m.
