HOYTVILLE, Ohio (WUPW) - Robert Wright and Jessica Martinez, both 24, of Hoytville were indicted last week by a Wood County Grand Jury. The two are charged with child endangering for not getting medical attention in a timely manner for Wright's two year old son.
This charges stem from an incident Jan. 26, when medical workers were called to Wright's home.. The couple alerted medical crews around 6:00pm because they thought the child was having a seizure.
Once at the hospital, it was determined the child had been severely beaten. The injuries were not life-threatening.
