FREMONT, Ohio (WUPW) - This weekend a special fundraiser will be held for the three little boys who lost their lives when they were playing on the icy Sandusky River near Fremont and fell through.
On Sunday, Mar. 7, Journey's Family Amusement Center in Fremont will host a benefit for 10-year-old Rafel Villanueva, 8-year-old Da'Vontae Everett and 7-year-old Jayden Taylor-Everett. The event starts at 11 a.m. and goes until 7 p.m.
For five dollars you can get an all-day playground pass. The playground pass can be saved for future play dates.
There will be a bake sale, t-shirt sale, a raffle and door prizes, with a portion of the proceeds going to benefit both families.
