70 parking tickets, $2,470 in fines

TOLEDO, Ohio (WUPW) - After six months of searching, Toledo police and Park Smart finally towed away an SUV that had collected more than 70 parking fines.
The operator had racked up $2,470 in fines.
Park Smart representatives said they've been trying to track this person down for about six months.
The SUV was parked on Madison Avenue downtown.
The vehicle was towed and processed.
