FOX Fugitive: Arthur Hayse

The Toledo Police Department and the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force needs your help finding another fugitive. The fugitive task force is searching for Arthur Hayse.

Police believe Hayse was involved in a North Toledo bank robbery in October. Detectives said he walked into a National City bank branch and demanded cash from the teller.

Hayse, 38, then took off in a gray colored Dodge minivan.
