PERRYSBURG - On Saturday demonstrators in Perrysburg held their second tea party protest this year.

Demonstrators gathered back in April during tax season but this time their focus was on Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.

And organizers say they're not happy at all with the way the government is spending.

Signs, banners and flags filled Hood Park Saturday morning as hundreds gathered to protest high taxes and government spending.

"When you earn money it's your money not the governments and it's your choice what to do with it," said event organizer Joni King.

Most people at the tea party say the message isn't getting through to Washington that enough is enough. But when more people stand up for their rights, demonstrators believe their voices will be heard.

But not everyone agrees.
