FOX TOLEDO - You've seen them live on FOX Toledo and streaming on foxtoledo.com, now learn a bit more about Toledo's only interactive storm chasers.

Barrett Andrews (Team Leader)

You may recognize Barrett as a reporter at FOX Toledo, a position he’s held for several years. What you haven’t seen is Barrett’s severe weather addiction behind-the-scenes, explaining why he’s first out the door when storms rumble through the area. When not out chasing, Barrett used to help out in the Stormtracker Weather Lab during extended coverage, putting his weather education to work.

During the chase, Barrett is responsible for monitoring Stormtracker Mobile Doppler, managing the web cams, chatting with visitors to foxtoledo.com, providing live reports for broadcasts on FOX Toledo and reporting observations to the National Weather Service.
