Mom says police attacked her 14-year-old son

CENTRAL TOLEDO, Ohio - The family of Trevor Casey is searching for answers Saturday night, after they say two cops used excessive force on the 14-year-old teenager.
It happened Friday evening outside the Brand Whitlock apartments in Central Toledo.
One witness even got part of the attack on tape.
"I'm running with my camera trying to see what was going on cause I was told it was a fight but when I got here it wasn't a fight."
In fact when Shari Weems got close enough to see what was going on, that's when she saw 14-year-old Trevor Casey getting ruffed up by two cops.
"I was shocked -- I was devastated at [their] action," said Shari Weems.
