When you make a few extra dollars, it's probably sensible to save some of it.

That's why a Toledo non-profit organization is taking time to teach young children the importance of saving money.

More than 30 kids took part in a Moonjar lesson at North Toledo's Lagrange Central Library.

Wednesday's lesson not only taught children how to save, but to spend and how to share their earnings with the community.
