"Every person out there currently employed should brand themselves within their own company," Rumpf said. "Who am I? what am I? Am I lazy or hard working? Smart? Willing to do it all? Or I only do it if I really have to, and I'm forced to do it."

Rumpf says a good attitude will also go a long way, especially when you are asked to learn new ways of doing things, because it will only help a company or business grow.
