Heather Miller

Heather is a graduate of Ohio Northern University where she studied Broadcasting and Musical Theatre. During her collegiate years she caught the news bug, working with both the campus radio and television stations.

Since her college days, Heather has explored nearly every facet of broadcast news while working for several radio and television stations in Lima and Fort Wayne, Ind.

Prior to joining FOX Toledo News in December 2004, Heather spent three years at WOHL FOX 25 in Lima and helped launch the station’s first newscast.

During her TV and radio broadcasting career, she's won several awards , including Best Feature Reporting honors from the Ohio Associated Press and the Traffic Reporting Award from The Ohio State Highway Patrol.

Heather is married to Dr. Shane Klingler, a chiropractor. The couple welcomed their first child, a baby boy, in January 2007.  Heather, Shane and Kelan live in Napoleon.

When she is not changing diapers or playing peek-a-boo, Heather enjoys hiking, camping, reading, gardening, shopping, yoga and cross stitching.  She also enjoys spending time with her husband and son, restoring their Victorian home and cruising in their classic 1974 VW Thing.
